Unauthorized vehicles or improperly parked vehicles will be impounded 24 hours a day at owners risk and expense. Residents or tenants can’t not call us to tow a vehicle that is in there way. It has to be approved by the Property Management or Property Owner, because we do notify local police that we towed away a vehicle. We stablish agreements with Property Managements or Property Owners and Naylo’s Towing LLC to come to a mutual agreement.”
